Distrub/DisTurb-Re[volt]ution

Distrub/DisTurb-Re[volt]ution is an exploration of affect, memory, and identity, combining sound, language, and fragmented visuals to exploring the erosion of self and change within. Drawing from various themes, it investigates how bodies absorb and process the affect of trauma, violence, and transformation. It explores the sensory and affective dimensions of listening, understanding how sound imprints itself onto us fragmented and distorted. It questions, through abstraction and distortion, the limits of communication and invites the audience into a space of resonance where the personal and the collective intermingle.
